Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Career Development Assistant within UCD Careers Network. UCD Careers Network is a busy, dynamic working environment committed to meeting the needs of UCD students, Post-doctoral Researchers and employers. The Careers Network Team in Belfield consists of an Operations/Administrative Team, Careers & Skills Consultants, Researcher Career Managers, University Internship Manager and Co-Curricular Projects Officer amongst others. Our sister Skills and Career Centre in the Smurfit Graduate School of Business is based in Blackrock. The purpose of this post is to assist in the administration of a busy office environment which provides services to students, employers and staff. The Career Development Assistant will be a member of a small efficient team and excellent team-working skills and flexibility are critical. As this unit provides support to the University's student, academic and business communities, it must constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of its services and systems.
