About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join UOW on a parental leave contract through to December 2027 at a time when we're reimagining and transforming how recruitment is delivered across the University. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you'll partner with leaders across academic and professional areas to attract great talent and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.You will have ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with stakeholders to provide advice, shape recruitment strategies and ensure we continue to evolve our approach to talent acquisition. About the Team You will be joining a broader Talent Acquisition team of eight, including four Talent Acquisition Advisors, working collaboratively to deliver recruitment outcomes across the University. Together, the team supports the attraction and hiring of impactful talent across a diverse portfolio of academic and professional roles. As UOW continues to enhance and modernise its recruitment practices, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, challenge the status quo and help shape the future of talent acquisition at the University. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure high-calibre talent. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide expert recruitment advice. Proven capability in sourcing, talent attraction and building candidate pipelines across diverse role types. A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and promoting a positive employer brand. The ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders to achieve effective hiring outcomes. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and competing priorities. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and confidence navigating complex recruitment matters. A continuous improvement mindset, with enthusiasm for contributing to the ongoing transformation of recruitment at UOW.
