UK Student Recruitment Advisor

This role is for a fixed-term UK Student Recruitment Advisor at the University of Surrey, responsible for supporting recruitment and admissions targets. Key duties include managing school and college events, building relationships with high-performing institutions, and assisting with recruitment activities like Open Days and marketing material creation. Applicants need administrative experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, confidence with technology, presentation skills, a driving license, and flexibility for travel and varied working hours.

• The University of Surrey is looking to recruit talented and experienced Student Recruitment Advisors on a fixed term contract (up to June 2027, with possibility of extension) to contribute towards the University meeting its recruitment and admissions targets by attending a series of recruitment activities under the overall direction of the Student Recruitment Manager.

• The post holders will be supporting the delivery of school and college events and will build strong relationships with high performing schools.
• The post holders will also support the delivery of student recruitment events, such as Open Days, Applicant Days and campus tours.
• In addition, they will assist the wider team in several key recruitment activities such as the creation and management of marketing materials, virtual events, conversion activity and clearing.
• You will also contribute towards the University meeting its recruitment and admissions targets.
• Extensive travel/weekend/evening work will be required as directed by the Student Recruitment Manager.
