Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a permamnent, full-time Team Leader, Graduation Services to join Tītoko- Student Success. The role is responsible for the management and oversight of graduation services for all students; to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency of service to relevant stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the University's graduation services, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for students, whānau, staff, and stakeholders. Manage graduation operations, including conferment processes, Council documentation, communications, records, and quality assurance. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partnering across the University to deliver successful graduation outcomes and ceremonies. Lead, coach, and develop a small team, fostering a high-performing, student-centred culture focused on continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence by reviewing processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the integrity of graduation and qualification data. Manage complex enquiries and issues, providing expert advice and ensuring responsive, accurate, and student-focused service delivery.
