Partner closely with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, ensure compliance, and support workforce capability. Contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects that enhance recruitment processes, candidate experience and service delivery. About you Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end talent acquisition services, with demonstrable experience recruiting roles within a complex or large organisation. Proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, selection methodologies, equity and diversity practices, and policy-driven environments. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, practical advice and guidance. Well-organised, detail-focused and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
