Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital technology in a learning context and will be able to understand systems and pickup systems administration skills quickly for new technology. Our systems specialists work in small nimble teams working across a range of systems in each of our product portfolios. We currently have a vacancy in our Digital Learning Environment Value Stream. As a Systems Specialist, you will: •    Provide technical support for systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and working closely with our clients. •    Be responsible for maintaining and administering systems within your portfolio to ensure optimal performance and successful client outcomes. •    Collaborate with our clients to help them achieve their objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone with experience in systems administration and management who can: •    Deliver great outcomes across our core learning management system and teaching tools. •    Translate requirements into documented, trackable changes. •    Solve complex problems with effective solutions. •    Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. •    Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
