Job Description
This is a Landscape Services Worker II – Supervisor position responsible for assisting the Manager with grounds services and overseeing a team of staff. Key duties include monitoring staff performance, approving timecards, scheduling vacations, providing guidance, and acting as Manager in their absence, while also performing hands-on landscape maintenance and construction. Applicants require a high school diploma and a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements
- Horticulture Diploma or Journeyman Landscape Gardener License
- Excellent understanding of University Standards for Grounds
- Small engine and tool repair experience
- Understanding of University of Alberta Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) policies and procedures
- Experience with landscape management planning
- Experience with management planning for ice & snow control
- U of A Supervisory Leadership Program
