Base salary range: $80,293 – $85,291 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation. About the area The Student Office team sits within Student Life, a key division of UWA's Education Portfolio focused on enhancing the student experience from enrolment through to graduation. Working closely with academic schools, students and professional staff, the team provides high-quality student advisory services, supports academic progression, and delivers essential student administration services that help students succeed throughout their university journey. About the opportunity Deliver responsive, student-focused advice and enquiry resolution across a broad range of student administration, course information, and university services. Provide accurate information, maintain student records, prepare documentation and reports, and support administrative processes that contribute to student success. Collaborate with academic and professional staff across the University while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence. About you Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service, student services, or a similar service-focused environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and respond professionally to a diverse range of enquiries. Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and other digital systems, including databases, spreadsheets, email, and record management tools. Ability to exercise sound judgement, solve problems effectively, work independently, and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
