Key Responsibilities
- The Marketing & Digital Experience portfolio has been established to enhance UNSW’s global brand reputation, create sharper brand distinctiveness, amplify UNSW’s globally renowned expertise across societal impact framework themes, and support the university to realise the ambition of its new ’Progress for All’ strategic plan.
- The Social Media team within the Marketing & Content pillar drives UNSW's social media strategy, covering strategic advice, content creation, editorial planning, community management, and reporting.
- Reporting to the Social Media Specialist, International, the Social Media Officer (China) plays a key role in supporting the management of UNSW’s Chinese social media communities and delivering engaging, consistent content.
- Key responsibilities include assisting in implementing the university’s social media strategy for China, creating in-language content with a clear brand voice, managing community interactions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-value content and social media support.
