As the Senior Project Officer, you will work closely with Professor Liza Lim AM and a network of leading artists and researchers, you will play a central role in delivering projects, events, and partnerships that engage with urgent climate and social issues. Your key responsibilities will be to: coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects, helping to deliver a world-leading research program with impact across the arts, research, and broader community lead the planning and delivery of conferences, workshops, and events across Australia and internationally shape and maintain the program's digital presence, ensuring website content remains current, engaging, and accessible drive project outcomes by tracking progress, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and delivery foster productive partnerships with researchers, artists, industry collaborators, and other stakeholders to support program success manage project budgets and financial processes, ensuring the effective use of resources and smooth program delivery. About you Demonstrated experience in project and program coordination, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment Strong event planning and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with experience coordinating events, workshops, conferences, or related activities Sound financial administration skills, including budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and reporting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using a range of digital systems and platforms The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team Experience within a university, research, arts, music, or environmental context would be advantageous.
