The Senior Lecturer will provide academic leadership in advancing inclusive teaching and assessment practices across Monash University through academic capability development, scholarly practice and curriculum innovation. The position plays a key role in supporting the University's strategic education priorities by partnering with faculties to develop, evaluate and disseminate evidence-informed approaches to inclusive assessment. As the successful candidate, you will champion excellence in inclusive teaching and assessment through the provision of high-quality, scholarly practice that enables the development of educators’ inclusive approaches across all faculties, campuses, and teaching modes, directly strengthening educator capability in inclusive education and enhancing the student learning experience across all disciplines. The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background in inclusive teaching and assessment or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a doctoral or masters qualification in the relevant discipline area or equivalent accreditation and standing and/or recognised significant experience in the relevant discipline area. Key Responsibilities
