Key Responsibilities
- Process staff-related payments, invoices and related enquiries.
- Compute liquidated damages for staff development schemes and prepare MOE funding claims.
- Support accounting matters for donations, endowment funds, insurance and assigned fund accounts.
- Review and improve finance processes with the Reporting Officer.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Finance.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Organised, meticulous, and comfortable working with numbers and financial records.
- Positive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
