Postdoctoral Research Fellow in creativity, education and artificial intelligence

This Postdoctoral Research Fellow position focuses on human-AI collaboration and creativity within educational and workplace settings. The role involves conducting independent research, publishing findings, and developing a theoretical model of co-creative processes with AI. Applicants must hold a PhD in learning sciences or a related social discipline, demonstrate research quality in AI, creativity, and learning, and possess excellent English proficiency.

• hold a degree equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree (PhD) in the learning sciences or another relevant social discipline or have submitted his/her doctoral thesis for assessment prior to the application deadline.
• It is a condition of employment that the PhD has been awarded before the date of commencement of the position
• have documented research quality on AI, creativity, and learning, for example through publications in good international peer-reviewed journals or chapters
• have excellent command of English, necessary for publishing in high-level international journals and participating in international conferences, seminars, and similar events
• work independently and in a structured manner, and have the ability to collaborate with others

• have experience setting up empirical studies in higher education and work life
• have good knowledge of AI tools, including, but not limited to, large language models
• have experience setting up and customsing AI agents
• have good command of Norwegian
