Job Description
This Post-doctoral Fellow position in Public Health Laboratory Sciences requires a PhD in Bioinformatics or related fields, with strong virology research experience, especially in virus transmission, phylogenetic analysis, and genomic sequence embedding. Responsibilities include leading research teams in comprehensive data analysis of genomic and ecological surveillance data, and developing analysis pipelines. Expertise in pathogen emergence at the human-animal interface and advanced bioinformatic analysis of microbiome, virome, and environmental metagenomics is highly preferred.
