Job Description

This role seeks two People Advisors to support leaders and employees with a broad range of HR matters. Key responsibilities include providing employee lifecycle guidance, applying HR policies, and offering advice on employee relations, performance, and organizational change. Applicants require existing HR experience in a complex, client-focused environment with a strong understanding of employment frameworks and proven relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, with experience in providing people-focused advice and support in a complex organisation, or equivalent competence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide advice that is responsive to local needs and context.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting case management processes (e.g. performance concerns, workplace issues, early-stage employee relations) with sound judgment in knowing when to escalate.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability to use data, feedback, and insights to inform advice, identify trends and improvements.
  • Support knowledge sharing and capability uplift across the People Experience team.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
