Job Description
The University of Hong Kong's Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine seeks a Manager/Assistant Manager for its Research Affairs Team to oversee the research postgraduate program and provide administrative support for core research facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the research postgraduate (RPg) programme at the faculty-level, in particular student recruitment and admissions, progress and probation monitoring, and coursework.
- Providing administrative support to the faculty’s core research facilities, including but not limited to access booking, budgeting, human resources, and supporting management committee meetings.
- Organizing seminars and workshops to promote research integrity and good practices for HKUMed staff and students.
- Performing other duties as assigned to facilitate faculty-level initiatives.
