Closing Date: 7 September 2026 The Role The School of Natural and Environmental Sciences is looking to appoint a fixed-term (12 months) Lecturer in Marine Biology. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Biological Sciences teaching and research community and work in a collegiate environment to deliver high quality research-led teaching with opportunities for research. We are seeking an individual who would be able to deliver teaching on deep sea and polar biology as well as practical boat-based fieldwork on our research vessel Princess Royal. The successful candidate would also be expected to contribute to other areas of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as required, including academic advising and residential field courses.
