Income Assistant Apprentice

This is a permanent L2a Finance Apprentice role in the Accounts Receivable team, offering training in invoicing, income collection, and customer service. The position requires enthusiasm for a finance career, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities, with no prior finance experience necessary. Upon successful completion, the role will transition to a hybrid working model.

• You will be comfortable communicating with a range of people, providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues.
• You will also have a willingness to learn new systems and processes, develop your knowledge and contribute positively to the success of the team.
• You may also be given wider opportunities for development in the wider finance team.
• No previous finance experience is required
• however, an interest in finance, administration or business processes would be beneficial.
• In year one of the apprenticeship, pay will be 60% of the lowest spine point value of Level 2a. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and end point assessment, pay will increase to 100% of the lowest spine point of Level 2a.
