Job Description
ETH Zurich seeks an HVAC Building Services Technician to ensure safe, fault-free, and energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include planning maintenance, coordinating external providers, managing spare parts, and optimizing system performance. Applicants need at least 5 years of experience with complex building services systems, strong analytical and organizational skills, and good German and English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- In der Abteilung Facility Services der ETH Zürich schaffen wir die optimale Voraussetzung für Lehre, Forschung und Technologietransfer. Wir unterhalten die Gebäude und stellen die Energie- und Medienversorgung sowie das technische und infrastrukturelle Gebäudemanagement aller von der ETH Zürich genutzten Räume sicher.
- Im Qualitätsmanagement stellst du die Einhaltung interner Standards sicher, pflegst Anlagendaten in GMIS/Planon und bringst Optimierungen aktiv voran. Zusätzlich übernimmst du Pikettdienste sowie Aufgaben im Schichtbetrieb, beispielsweise das Öffnen und Schliessen von Gebäuden.
