As the first contact point for prospective students, you will be expected to resolve a variety of questions along with using a consultative sales approach to troubleshoot enquiries in the broad fields of recruitment and sales, relationship management, study options at Bond and program application assistance. Reporting to the Team Lead, the position of Future Student Advisor will assist in driving student recruitment for the University with a strong focus on consistently delivering premium experiences to increase conversion percentage. About the person We are seeking a motivated team player who truly cares about achieving the best outcomes for our future students. You will be an exceptional and confident communicator and have the ability and passion to accurately articulate the value of the Bond University Brand. Other skills include: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, display sound judgement, and to use initiative. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met. Experience working with international and domestic students Highly developed customer service skills with an innovative approach to go the extra mile and achieve targets. Outstanding business and analysis skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience will be ideal. Additionally working for a premium brand, higher education product knowledge is desirable. Salary details The salary for this position commences at $85,707.07 plus 12% superannuation per annum. Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
