As a Full-Time Faculty Member in Computer Science , you will join the School of Engineering and Sciences and contribute to educating professionals who will shape the future of Mexico and the world. You will engage in teaching, research, educational innovation, and external engagement , primarily in the areas of Computer Science and Software Engineering , including: Basic and advanced programming, including compilers. Software engineering, architecture, and development. Databases. Artificial Intelligence. Mobile application development. Web development. 2. How will you do it? Your main responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that develop competencies relevant to industry and society. Incorporating cutting-edge methodologies, Artificial Intelligence, and technological tools into educational processes. Participating in research, innovation, and knowledge-generation projects with national and international impact. Strengthening partnerships with prestigious universities and companies by promoting collaboration opportunities and the participation of Socios Formadores (Industry Partners) . Building a high-impact academic career through active participation in the academic and scientific community. Collaborating with faculty members, program directors, and other institutional areas to achieve academic objectives. 3. What are we looking for? Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: degree from a Top 50 university worldwide; minimum Top 100. 3+ years of experience in teaching, research, educational innovation, consulting, or information systems development. Experience in advanced programming and software development , particularly in areas such as compilers, parsing, intermediate code generation, and semantic analysis. Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS/Android), databases, and software development . Ability to demonstrate academic and professional leadership and incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies into education. Interest in developing a high-impact academic career and gaining recognition among peers. Proactivity, self-management, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
