Coordinate executive operations, strategic projects and stakeholder engagement across the Office of Finance. The Opportunity Join the Office of Finance and Procurement at Western Sydney University as an Executive Portfolio Officer, supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Leadership Team. This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional to provide executive and project support across a broad range of strategic, operational and governance activities. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate executive support services, manage key projects and deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, support strategic planning initiatives, coordinate events and forums, and support governance and compliance outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the effective operation of the Finance portfolio while working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the University. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and has excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. What Success Looks Like: Deliver timely, professional and well-coordinated executive support services. Maintain confidential communications, documentation and records to required standards. Build effective stakeholder relationships that support executive and strategic priorities. Monitor projects and provide clear reporting to support delivery of agreed milestones. Coordinate procurement, expenditure, invoices and financial reporting in line with policy. Please refer to the Position Description for full details. About You Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience in executive support and project coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a changing environment. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools. Strong written communication skills, including drafting and editing executive-level documents. Proven stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing confidential information and supporting governance committees.
