Job Description
This is a full-time Domestic Assistant position responsible for cleaning accommodation areas, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring health and safety. The role requires a personable individual who enjoys teamwork and customer service, with a 5-day rotating shift pattern that may include weekends. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll have a key role in helping students transition from living at home to fully independent living and ensuring all our accommodation users have the best possible experience when staying with us.
- Cleaning accommodation areas
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Ensuring health and safety guidance is followed
- Acting as the face of the department by engaging with students and visitors
- As cleaning duties are required in certain areas at weekends, there is an expectation that successful candidates will work weekends on a rota basis. Weekend working is mainly required during the summer peak period.
