This executive position offers a unique dual leadership challenge, overseeing two interdependent streams: Estate Planning and Project Delivery. You will be accountable for a structured pipeline that begins with deep strategic engagement with academic and administrative divisions and culminates in the rigorous management of a diverse capital expenditure program. By bridging the gap between strategic intent and physical outcomes, you will ensure that UNE's estate is demand-led, financially sustainable, and expertly delivered, reporting directly to the Director, Infrastructure Services. About you You are a seasoned executive leader with a proven ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and technical execution. With extensive experience in capital asset management and project delivery,ideally managing portfolios in the $5M-$50M range,you possess the integrated mindset required to balance long-term estate planning with the rigour of construction management. You are a sophisticated communicator, capable of navigating complex governance structures and translating diverse stakeholder needs into well-evidenced, investable proposals. Most importantly, you are a champion of innovation, ready to lead the adoption of AI and digital technologies in the workplace, all while mentoring a high-performing team in a spirit of kindness and accountability. About Estate and Built Environment The Estate and Built Environment (EBE) Directorate is responsible for the strategic planning, capital development, asset management, and operational services across UNE's property portfolio.
