Job Description
Contextual Admissions Administrator This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Fixed Term to 31/05/2027 as cover is required for a member of staff on leave/absence, such as maternity, sickness, or career break. W e are looking for a highly motivated and organised administrator to support the delivery of the University's contextual admissions initiatives with a focus on Access to Leeds . The role will involve processing a high-volume of applications to our Access to Leeds scheme, including assessing and confirming applicant eligibility, and supporting the delivery of a large online module. You will also be the first point of contact for queries from prospective students, parents and teachers. An ability to work proactively and with great attention to detail is vital in this busy and fast-paced role. An ability to work collaboratively with team members, to tight deadlines, while working on multiple and parallel tasks is required. You will also need excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds to access higher education.
