You will lead assigned studies, ensuring they remain on track, on time, and fully aligned with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP guidelines and UniSC CTC procedures. With strong protocol knowledge, sound judgement, and a practical, solutions-focused approach, you will ensure trial activities are executed with precision and consistency. This role also provides the opportunity to mentor Clinical Trial Associates and support student placements, offering a meaningful step forward in both leadership and professional development. Please note , this role requires flexibility to travel to different clinical trial sites, and to work outside standard business hours to support confinement studies and other time-sensitive trial activities. You may also be required to participate in a 24/7 on-call or confinement roster. You understand the big picture but never miss the fine print. Whether you’re working with clinicians, engaging with participants, or collaborating across teams, you know how to keep the process moving forward, smoothly and successfully. You will possess: Completion of a degree qualification in Health, Science, Nursing, or related field with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and Diploma qualification. Note : Registered Nurses must have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Enrolled Nurses must be medication administration endorsed and have phlebotomy training and experience; Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulations; High level computing skills (including databases, clinical trial electronic data entry, word processing and spreadsheets). Sound understanding of privacy principals governing health information; Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; and Previous Clinical Trial Coordination experience highly regarded.
