Whilst assisting the Catering Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service by meeting and exceeding strict targets and standards. An ability to adapt to last minute changes in demand, experience of work in a busy catering operation and leading a team of catering professionals is essential. You should also be reliable, committed, ambitious and have a flexible approach.
