Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive personal secretarial and executive support to the Head of Department
- Managing the full spectrum of Research Postgraduate (RPg) academic programme administration
- Supporting major events, promotional activities, and public relations initiatives
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to departmental committees and working groups
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on departmental and programme-related matters
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
