These high-visibility, on-campus roles are integral to delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences for students and staff. They play a vital role in ensuring teaching activities and administrative operations are executed efficiently, effectively, and seamlessly. From coordinating undergraduate programme administration to supporting departmental initiatives and operational activities, your work will help create a positive experience for both staff and students. You will also contribute to shared administrative services, including reception, office support, and general administration, while building strong collaborative relationships across the University. Further details/Pūroko We have two full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent positions and one part-time (30 hours per week), permanent position available. All roles are based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin. The appointment range for this role is Level 4 - $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640. We are also seeking candidates for Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions, which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework. The advertised salary for this role is NZD 63,508 – 68,185. The final offer within the band depends on qualifications and experience, as set by University of Otago's enterprise agreement.
