Administration Officer 562638 Canberra / ACT, ACT, Australia, 2601 Continuing Closing at: Oct 1 2026 - 23:55 AEST Add to favourites View favourites Position Description Classification:  ANU Officer 5 (Administration) Salary package: $89,760 - $97,918 per annum plus 17% superannuation Term: Full-time, Continuing The Position The Administration Officer undertakes a broad range of administrative tasks relating to day-to-day activities, acting as a first point of contact for administrative services and providing support to a variety of stakeholders including staff, students and visitors, working in partnership with team members and with colleagues in College and Central Divisions. The Person The role requires experience in administration within a complex environment, with skills in areas like finance, events, student support, or HR seen as an advantage. It involves strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to prepare professional documents and work effectively with diverse stakeholders. It also requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines both independently and in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data systems and website maintenance are expected.
